Born in Ukraine, Masha commenced her ballet training at the school of Shostakovich, before moving to Melbourne Australia.

Masha studied full time at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, becoming a member of the Melbourne Ballet Company under the direction of Simon Hoy touring Australia and New Zealand.

During this time guesting in Tachkin’s St Petersburg Ballet Theatre’s Swan Lake on their Australasia tour before joining Projection Dance Company in 2018. Since joining the company Masha has performed in Tim Podesta’s Mirror Sonata, Vessel, Closer and national tours in the International Divertissement Ballet Gala program performing the classic white swan pas deux partnered by international ballet star Marlon Dino.

Over the past many years, alongside her bustling ballet schedule she became well versed in teaching the art of strength through Pilates in every age group, from children to the children of a greater life experience. Masha trained and continues to train Australian past and future Commonwealth Game gymnast champions through the art of her technique, preventing injuries and informing best future practices.
