Providing extra curricular events for students to further develop
their knowledge and skills outside of their regular classroom setting.
Our extra curricular events aid in community building and allow students to work with their peers from other schools. Additionally, students will gain access to train and work with world-renowned and international industry professionals.
Melbourne Academy of the Arts values the importance of varied learning pathways. With this in mind, the Academy provides extra-curricular events so that students can apply their skills and knowledge outside of the regular classroom setting. These extra-curricular events also aid in community building. Academy students have the opportunity to work alongside external students attending internal Academy events/ externally run third party events. MAARTS students also have the opportunity to train with international exchange students from China. Academy students are regularly showcased to industry professionals throughout the year during examinations, assessments, auditions, workshops, master classes, and productions.
